* To ensure the compliance of General Affairs Policy implemented in the operational level.


Job Requirements:

* Minimum D3 in Business Administration or other related background
* Minimum 3 years working experiences in General Affairs in a Multinational Company (preferably in FMCG, Banking, and Service Product Company)

We are looking for highly motivated professionals to fill in the positions below:


Workshop Planner


Responsibilities:

* Create maintenance strategy, Maintenance plan and preventive maintenance service schedule
* To create and plan Major component replacement and Over haul schedule
* Create maintenance task list as workshop standard maintenance for all type of Equipment
* To prepare Bill Of Materials in order to facilitate searching material in system
* Propose of material identity (global code) in internal group which are required for workshop maintenances
* To ensure and monitor availability of level supply materials required for maintenance workshop of daily basis and plan stock maximum and minimum level in store
* Prepare and plan tools to be used in order to support daily activities
* Plan and evaluate on manpower activities and efficiencies
* Plan and report maintenance performance continual

Qualification:

* Male max 35 years old
* S1 Degree with related background educational
* Minimum 3 years experiences at the same position
* Computer literate and its related software
* Familiar with related and international materials, systems, codes and standards
* Good communication and languages
* Have a responsibility of runs equipment preventive maintenance services
* kill preferably with Mandarin and English
* Willingness to work in Pekanbaru area
