FINANCE MANAGER
( Jakarta )

Major activities and responsibilities

* Actively participate in annual business and strategic planning and budgeting activities including preparation of Assumptive Scenario, capital project and resource allocation reviews
* Consolidates financial data presented in various formats for financial analysis and reporting
* Monitors and evaluates budget variance reports and identify key areas for cost control improvement
* Prepares detailed financial summary reports and commentary for senior management’s further review. Evaluate the financial performance and provide suggestions for areas for improvement
* Promotes adherence to internal financial policies and procedures with proper internal checks and balances
* Responsible for the operational matters within logistic and procurement department including matters related to General Affairs for example insurance matters and fleet management
* Actively participate in Demand Meeting and Sales Forecasting meeting
* Prepare forecast accuracy report and give feedback to the management for improvement
* Responsible to monitor and control the finished goods including stock reconciliation, stock level, back order, stock return and damage/expired stock
* Responsible for non-inventory purchase management. This will include the vendor selection, bidding and vendor evaluation.
* Monitor, control and maximize cash flows of the Company
* Supervise accountants

Background requirements

· Bachelor in accounting, preferably CPA or MBA
· At least has two years experience as manager
· Posses strong technical knowledge in finance and accounting and good analytical skills
· Good interpersonal and communications skills
· Broad strategic thinker with global outlook


ACCOUNTANT/FINANCE ANALYST
( Jakarta )

Major activities and responsibilities


* Input accounting data into the accounting system
* Prepare the payment vouchers and check its supporting documents
* Prepare employee temporary advance and check the expense reports
* Prepare monthly tax calculation and tax return
* Prepare and update fixed assets register
* Support the month end closing
* Assist Finance Manager in doing the financial analysis

Background requirements



* Bachelor in accounting
* At least has two year experience as accountant
* Posses strong technical knowledge in finance and accounting and good analytical skills
* Good interpersonal and communications skills
* Hard worker with high motivation
