Finance Executive - Bali/Lombok

Responsibilities :
• Maintain and controlling collection and branch operations day to day
• Support headquarters for monthly closing activity
• Ensure all AP and AR transaction recorded properly into SAP

Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree in accounting from reputable university
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
• Having good knowledge in accounting and familiar with Indonesia tax regulation
• Understand concept and strategy of collection and branch operation day to day
• Strong and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• High accuracy, excellent administration skills, initiative, self discipline, result oriented
• Computer literate, preferably familiar with SAP


General Affairs Executive Bali/Lombok

Job Purpose

To handle all tasks within the framework of NTS and the objectives given by the Head of General Affairs and Organization in the areas of Property & Facilities maintenance, Fleet Management & Office Services, including travel Desk Dept (in branch office).

Job Responsibilities

* To handle office facilities such as office furniture, equipment, and other respective related duties in order to make sure that the office area is suitable as working area.
* To handle fleet arrangement in order to support all request on office related matters which require the usage of pool car.
* To handle day to day administration and operational task on Fleet Management, property & Facility maintenance, Office Services and Travel Desk
* To ensure the stock availability on stationary and pantry usage and other services needed in order to support day-to-day office operations
* To ensure the compliance of Travel Desk Policy issued by Human Resources for any travel request received
* To ensure the compliance of General Affairs Policy implemented in the operational level.


Job Requirements:

* Minimum D3 in Business Administration or other related background
* Minimum 3 years working experiences in General Affairs in a Multinational Company (preferably in FMCG, Banking, and Service Product Company)
* Good customer focus
* Good administration and operational function
* Fluent in English both written and oral
* Computer skill such MS Office, Publisher and Visio
