Programmer (Code:PROG)
( Jakarta )


Main Role & Responsibilities :

· Deliver network performance to the agreed performance criteria and guidelines. Provide technical solution ( Recommendation) and support to customer.

· Provide regular feedback / reporting on operations, issues.

· Performs Installation, Configurations, Commissioning, and Provisioning of all Network Elements of Operation Support System (OSS).

· Manage OSS platform in Operations Centre.

· Develop and implement processes to manage OSS platform.

· Plan & Integration Network element to OSS.

· Control data flow from the network to the OSS System and plan the corrections and extensions to the OSS accordingly.

· Prepare action plans for future software and hardware upgrades in the OSS.

· Support the development of the all network planning and optimization process and procedure development.

· Develop, maintain, and support various PHP/MySQL-based web applications.

· Collaborate with other team members in application building and enhancements.

· Develop and enhance in-house software programmes/applications.

Requirement:

* Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication/Computer/Electrical Engineering or other related field of study.
* Hard worker and cooperative.
* Capable in team work or individual work.
* Ability to work on odd hours/weekends.
* Client – Server programming model – ISO OSI layer , TCP/IP communication protocols, Socket Programming.
* Min. 2 years experience in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX.
* Extremely very strong in PHP, can code PHP blind-folded .
* Strong foundation in SQL queries, often have dreams about LEFT JOINs.
* Working knowledge of Authentication and Encryption methods (Radius, SIM).
* Knowledge in OSS technologies such as RedHat Enterprise Linux, SuSE Linux, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Apache and in scripting tools such as Perl and PHP will be a strong advantage.
* Database design and development and data modeling.
* Customer resource management systems (CRM), billing, and/or other BSS/OSS system
* Previous experience in CRM/ customer database / reporting / data mining environment is an advantage.
* Posses a good skill in problem analysis and troubleshooting.
* Emergency support and standby on 24x7 basis for the services.
* Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CCDA or CCDP shall be advantageous


Core Network Engineer (Code : CNE)
( Jakarta )



Main Role & Responsibilities :

Evaluation of alternative core Network architectures and long term planning of core network evolution.
*
Support, administer and manage Cisco devices.
*
Deliver network performance to the agreed performance criteria and guidelines.
*
Development of new sites that will deliver to the appropriate network design criteria, design strategies (to be done in conjunction with network performance & network design).
*
Provide technical solution ( Recommendation) and support to customer.
*
Performs Installation, Configurations, Commissioning, and Provisioning of all Network Elements of Core Network.
*
Perform daily operational activities related to Routing, Firewall & Bandwidth Management system.
*
Ensure system stability of Routing, Firewall & Bandwidth Management system
*
Capacity to analyse and solve issues related to Routing, Firewall & Bandwidth Management system.
*
Provide regular feedback / reporting on operations, issues.
*
Support the development of the all network planning and optimization process and procedure development.


Main Requirements :

· Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication/Computer/Electrical Engineering or other related field of study with 2 years experience in Telco.

· Hard worker and cooperative.

· Capable in team work or individual work.

· Ability to understand and comply with methods, standards, guidelines, tools, techniques and procedures.

· Ability to work on odd hours/weekends.

· Posses a good skill in problem analysis and troubleshooting.

· Minimum 2 years of related working experience in Core Network System.

· Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CCDA or CCDP shall be advantageous.

· Experience in OSPF, BGP, PIM, IGMP, QoS and other network protocols.

· Emergency support and standby on 24x7 basis for the services.


Core Network Supervisor (Code : CNS)

Main Role & Responsibilities :

· Ensure system stability of Routing, Firewall & Bandwidth Management system

· Capacity to analyse and solve issues related to Routing, Firewall & Bandwidth Management system.

· Provide regular feedback / reporting on operations, issues.

· Support the development of the all network planning and optimization process and procedure development

Main Requirements :

· Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication/Computer/Electrical Engineering or other related field of study with 4 years experience in Telco.

· Good communication, writing and presentation skill in English language.

· Strong analytical & conceptual thinking.

· Co-operate with Technical Operation Manager in problem solving and technical solution finding.

· Capable in team work or individual work.

· Ability to understand and comply with methods, standards, guidelines, tools, techniques and procedures.

· Ability to work on odd hours/weekends.

· Ability to think clearly, identify risks, anticipate eventualities and resolve problems under pressure.

· Posses a good skill in problem analysis and troubleshooting.

· Perform master and detailed IP core planning and also planning optimization of IP backbone.

· Strong Engineering background and experience in IP Planning activities.

· Has experience in designing of IP Backbone with relevant Cisco equipment.

· Good knowledge with IP Network Performance monitoring and trouble-shooting tools.

· Minimum 4 years of related working experience in Core Network System.

· Should have experience in Cisco routers, firewalls, CCNP, CheckPoint Security CCSA and Content Switch.

· Certification CCNP, & CCNA.

· Experience in OSPF, BGP, PIM, IGMP, QoS and other network protocols.

· Experience in VPN and Firewall Technologies.

· Emergency support and standby on 24x7 basis for the services.
