Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree from Civil / Structural Engineering
* Min. 3 years working experiences in Oil & Gas plant project
* Good financial skills and analysis (budgeting process, cost control, accounting / management reporting comprehension)
* Good knowledge about technical / engineering calculations and theories
* Having knowledge about local government relations: customs, custom clearance, taxes and duties, permits, etc.
* Proven leadership skills and strong commitment towards career
* Good knowledge to lead and organize a team
* Willing to be based at remote area
