SENIOR MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT
( Jawa timur-Surabaya )

You will be responsible for leading as well as managing the overall human resources development activities of the company including organization restructuring, productivity enhancement, safety and industrial relations.

Qualifications :

* Minimum S-2 degree in psychology or appropriate discipline in human resources management.
* At least 7 years experience in human resources and industrial relation management with 5 years in managerial levels in the manufacturing industry.
* Posses a comprehensive understanding of employment laws.
* Based in Surabaya.


General Qualifications :

* You should be analytical, independent and able to take initiative.
* Computer literacy.
* Posses a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure.
* Highly result-oriented.
* Proficient in Indonesia and English languages both spoken and written.
