As a result of the rapid expansion, we are now currently seeking the services of suitably qualified candidate for the the position of Technical Training & Development Supervisor for Jakarta Head Office.


1. SERVICE SUPERVISOR

General requirements :

1. Minimum diploma degree ( D3 or Politeknik ), preferably majoring in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years experience as mechanic and minimum 1 years at supervisor level
3. Have strong understanding of technical knowledge and workshop operation
4. Have good communication skills & leadership
5. Proficient in English ( oral & written ) is essential.

2. TECHNICAL TRAINING SUPERVISOR

General requirements :

1. Minimum Diploma Degree ( D3 or Politeknik ), preferably from Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 5 years experience in Technical Training with minimum 2 years at supervisor level
3. Have strong understanding of technical knowledge as well as training & development
4. Have good communication skills & leadership
5. Proficient in English ( oral & written ) is essential.
