SITE ACQUISITION COORDINATOR

The Site Acquisition coordinator has an overall responsibility over site acquisition in his/her region/s. He/she has a broadband of responsibilities supervising site acquisition.


Key Task:

* Has an overall responsibility over site acquisition in his regions. This includes making regular visits to the regions.
* Supports in Site Acquisition and permitting related scheduling and resorting issues.
* Report periodically to the Zone Manager on status of site acquisition, progress, issues, roadblocks.
* Support in resolving conflicts and problems with site owners whenever needed.
* Prepare Site Acquisition RFQ and content, including model lease agreements for use by Partner Manager.
* Prepare Site Acquisition documents in customer and partner/subcontractor discussions and negotiations.
* The interface for Site Acquisition subcontractors/partners and responsible for following up their performance with Partner Manager, arrange and/or contribute to meetings as needed.
* Participates in progress meetings and provides SA and permitting report.

Skills:

* Has a minimum experience of 2-4 years in site acquisition with a mobile operator.
* Communication skills at various levels and fluent in English and proficient in using office applications and computers.

Education:

* Technical or commercial degree in college or university.


BTS Engineer


Key Task:

* Involved in the project implementation of BTS rollout
* Responsible for implementation subcontractor supervision and installation quality.
* Responsible for site survey, technical support, testing and commissioning, and trouble shooting.
* Responsible for site acceptances.

Education:

* Technician or bachelor degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering or related field of study.

Experience:

* 2-4 years' implementation experience in BTS rollout project.
* The candidate must have proven experience Siemens BTS and be able to commission and integrate sites.


Transmission Engineer, SDH

Key Task:

* Responsible for implementation subcontractor supervision and installation quality.
* Involved in SDH microwave implementation in indonesia
* Responsible for site survey, technical support, testing and commissioning, and trouble shooting.
* Responsible for site acceptances.


Education:

* Technician or bachelor degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering or related field of study.

Experience:

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in vendor or operator environment involving STM1 radio transmission network.
* Good technical support skills of SRT1F and SRA4N microwave radios.
