Assistant Manager Sales - Corporate Employee Privilege Scheme

Principal Accountabilities :

* To manage CEPS - Jakarta sales team with 6 Supervisors under agency.
* To achieve annual target given by Bank.
* To manage cost and budget which deliver to the DSA channel, and also TPSAs.
* To focus on recruitment, training and coaching strategy.
* To conduct daily performance monitoring.
* To manage relationship with other parties related with CEPS business.


Requirements :

* Possess Bachelor degree from local / overseas university majoring in any related discipline.
* Possess at least 3 - 5 years total sales leadership experience in banking / financial product.
* Must have strong motivation and good presentation skill.
* Must have solid exposure in managing a large team and high involvement in team work.
* Must be highly proficient in English, both verbal and written.
* Must be computer literate.
