To support the rapid growth expansion within our business units : GIANT, HERO, GUARDIAN, STARMART and MITRA TOKO DISKON with a total population of more than 10,000 employees, we are looking for a potential candidate to fill up the following position:


CATEGORY MANAGER

To develop and implement strategic plans for assigned categories within the frame work of a disciplined category management business process so as to achieve company’s financial goals and objectives, improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance measures for the company.


Qualifications :


# Male/Female and age max 35 years old

# Preferably having a bachelor or master degree from any discipline with at least 5 – 10 years related experience.

# Have a strong negotiation skill with suppliers.

# Experience in retail industry, prefably with departmental chain stores and fast food chain stores.

# Strong knowledge with FOOD (Grocery) and Non Food

# Familiar with computer literate

# English proficiency both oral and written is a must.
