Subcontracting Supervisor

Key Responsibility

Responsible and accountable for executing and expediting the subcontracted orders in order to ensure the compliance with project requirement and on-time delivery of its deliverables relating to the hardware and documentation.

Successful candidate should has the following qualifications :

* Bachelor degree in Engineering or other disciplines or practical experience suficiently applicable to the specified position function.
* Two or three years experience in subcontracting management
* Technical skill regarding non-pressure part of boiler and its structural steel and familiar with structural code
* Effective negotiation and interpersonal skill
* Able to interface and coordinate with other discipline in a matrix organization
