Senior Drill and Blast Engineer
Sangatta, East Kalimantan


Reporting to the Engineering Superintendent this position is responsible to manage the Drill & Blast operations optimal & efficient include the explosive, permit and improvement; provide drill & blast plan and review the result for the most safe & efficient mine operation by coordinating with operational group; demonstrate good management and communication skills services which guides the mining operation towards the long term & profitability.

Applicants should have a degree in Mining Engineering with Class II Blaster Certificate and have at least 4 years experience in large open cut mining industry with similar role is preferred; good English communication skills both in written & verbal; computer literacy; have full understanding of subcontractor explosive supplier contract, Mine Department Rule & Regulation, and magazine licensing system with strong Drill and Blast background both for procedure and technique.


Mine Planning Engineer
Sangatta, East Kalimantan


Reporting to Engineering Superintendent, he or she will produce short term design and short term mine schedule to ensure safe production target are achieved, improve and maintain high quality of mine design.

Requirements of this position: tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or associated discipline; a minimum of 2 years experience on Mining Operations Practice in similar role at a mine site in surface coal mining; a working knowledge of Minescape and Xpac computer software would be an advantage; good team work and communication skills in English for both written and verbal.


Maintenance Planner (Coal Hauling Fleet)
Satui, South Kalimantan

Reporting to Senior Plant Supervisor / Planning Supervisor, responsible to ensure planning department goals are achieved, review, update all non components backlog defect, on every morning to organize workshop maintenance activities board as per the update service schedule and other current maintenance activities; ensure all work packages are completed and prepared as per daily / weekly plan; review all completed work packages, directing any that are not fully completed back to the Workshop Supervisor to be completed; administer all non component unit requirement in line with TCI work order flow chart, and actively participate in the weekly planning process.

Requirements of this position are: graduated from Mechanical Engineering degree with minimum 2 years experiences in a same role at a Mine Site; able to operate computer in Word and Excel; be able to draft reports and plan work tasks, JDE Plant Maintenance Modul literacy and having good English oral and verbal.


Mining Superintendent
Sangatta, East Kalimantan

Reporting to Mine Manager this position will be lead organise and control the project resources to meet the needs of both the company and the client and to maximise the achievement of the companies objectives. Manage high safety standard and safe work practice applied all the times. To participate in securing and subsequently to deliver projects to the required standard or quality, on time to budget.

This position for senior level requires at minimum 10 years experience in large open cut mining industry in similar role; with qualifications in mining engineering or similar discipline; experienced in mine planning, subcontract management, cost and staff management; excellent communication, written - verbal in English; team player; possess "Madya" Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate is preferred.


Senior Project Engineer
Senakin, South Kalimantan


Reporting to Engineering Superintendent, this position will be responsible: to manage the project team and the project under construction; achieve civil construction targets in a professional, safe working environmental at or below budget; liaise and have close coordination with the Planning and Mining Department to ensure the timely completion of civil projects; identify opportunity to improve project deliveries and reduce costs.

Applicants should have Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in construction area as Engineer/Supervisor; cost and construction quotation analysis; civil design & quantity estimating; computer literate in MS Project, Visio, Auto CAD/Intellicad and JDE; good communication skills in English; knowledge of civil projects in mining preferred; client focus and be result driven; strong commitment to safety.
