Customer Service Evaluator/Mystery Shopper


We are starting a very big research project in Indonesia for a world famous mobile phone brand, for 2008. This project takes place every month, we need to recruit mistery shoppers nation wide to join our project to work as a surveyor, major cities including: Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Bali, Denpasar, Kuta, Medan, Semarang.


The applicant selection will be made and end before Feb 2008. The sooner you apply the bigger posibility you will get a shop to visit.


As a surveyor:


1. You will be assigned to visit a shop;
2. You need to “pretend” to be a normal potential customer who is looking for a particular service or product.
3. You will then finish an on-line questionnaire to share with us your customer experience.


What you will do is very significant to our clients since your feedback could help them to better their customer service quality.


Requirement:

1. 19 Years old or above
2. Can speak local language well
3. Can read and write English
4. No experience needed
5. Like shopping
