We are a well-known Multinational FMCG company would like to invite qualified, experienced and high-caliber candidates to fill the following position:

Sales Promotion Team Operation Supervisor
(Position Code: SPTOS)


Job Responsibilities:

* Develops and communicates action plans to enable field promotional resources support strategic and operating goals of the business through liaising with Marketing, Category Development, and Consumer Sales Managers.

* Designs and leads implementation of field sales efforts including merchandising, sampling, and customer acquisition.

* Responsible for developing and maintaining field promotional, human, and financial resources.

* Provide relevant information and merchandising expertise to support business goals.

Job Requirement:

* A minimum of bachelor degree.

* Minimum 2 years in managing Sales Promotion Team (SPT).

* Have exposure in managing relations with SPT third parties.

* Must have strong numerical ability as well as interpersonal skills & paid attention on details.

* Basic working knowledge of English both written and spoken is a must.

* Solid knowledge of PC based applications (Windows, Words, Excel, Power Point) is required.
