Account Executive

Account Executive for Commercial Graphic Products Post
The incumbent will be responsible to following duties:

The candidate will be responsible to promote and sell, through Consultative Selling Approach, a wide range of 3M Commercial Graphic Products that offer the Total Quality Graphic Solutions for Branding Promotion to mostly Advertising Companies, Banking Industries, Promotional Agencies, and other General Relevant Industries. In addition, he/she also has to work with distributors/ Converters to maximize sales coverage and to provide better customer services.

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum of 3 (three) years selling experience to relevant industries.

* Account Executives from Branding Consulting, Printing or Consumer industries are also invited to apply.

* Possessing strong sales & marketing skill, especially in Corporate Identity and Advertising Industry.

* Computer literate

* Good command in English for both verbal and written.

* Result oriented person, self driven, aggressive and highly motivated individual

Sales & Marketing Professional

Sales & Marketing Professional for Security System Division & Trace Tracking Emerging Business Organ

The incumbent will be responsible to following duties:

The incumbent will be responsible to develop and implement a various marketing programs for a wide range of 3M Security System Products and Trace & Tracking Emerging Business Organization Products. Providing general support to sales team and distributor is also becoming one of your responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

* To develop program for Educational, Industrial & Government Market which are related with Distribution channel

* To work and formulate program with division to penetrate the SSD & TTEBOD market

* To coordinate with SSD & TTEBOD sales person, formulate program to help penetrate the key accounts

* To manage administration with regards to commercial issues (quotation, PA, TA, AFAM, etc)

* To manage Business data and prepare the analysis - sales etc

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in any background with minimum of 3 (three) years marketing experience in relevant industry.

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Good command in English for both oral and written

* Computer literate

* Good Presentation skills

* Able to travel to remote location

* Independent and self motivated person

* Team player

* High Initiative and Creative person
