SMART Telecom is a cellular telecommunication network and service provider under SINARMAS GROUP, currently developing telecommunication technology with third-generation (3G) CDMA 2000 1X EVDO basis which has national coverage license.


IN Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Explore current IN/Billing functionality and features, and then promote a “unique/killer product” to be.
* Generation/Custodian of Product specification, rules and requirements including product concept paper, commercial rules and product description.
* Manage timely delivery of product/services creation or enhancements
* Provide Product/Service definition of each product/services launched to the market
* Develop roadmap and business forecast for IN/Billing related Product and Services
* Retrieve / monitor revenues and traffic generated from product/services launched, and provide a comprehensive analytical report
* Team work with other company’s related department (IT/Billing/CRM, Revenue Assurance, Network Engineering, etc) and liaise with vendor or other (3rd) party outside Smart Telecom in order to provide product/services development and enhancement.
* Manage implementation of defined product/services and maintain the linkage between the business requirements and technical requirements as per the strategy, competition and the market demand
* Liaise with other functions, such as Marketing, Customer Service, Technology, Operation, Strategy and Finance to collect their inputs to product development process

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, prefer Telecommunication//Electro, MBA will be a plus
* Have at least 4 years relevant experience in the telecommunication industry with a sound understanding of the IN/Billing Product/Services. Should have been managing a business role with at least 1 year experience
* Proficient in both verbal and written English
* Leadership skills, good integrity with strong organizational commitment
* Good analytical skill and problem solving, team work & co-operation
* Excellence of achievement & motivation
