A well-established international shipping company, is seeking qualified candidates to fill the following position in its Jakarta office :

1. MARKETING ADMINISTRATION
2. OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS ASSISTANT MANAGER


1. MARKETING ADMINISTRATION

Qualification :

· Male / Female, age max. 35 years old
· Minimum S-1 graduate from reputable University
· Previous experiences in the post applied for preferable
· Ability to work under pressure and independently
· Good command in English
· Computer literate in MS office


2. OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS ASSISTANT MANAGER


Qualification :

· Male, age max. 35 years old
· Minimum S-1 graduate from reputable University
· Ability to handle ship Boarding, Planning, Import & Export Manifest filing with Customs and Immigration Clearance.
· Experienced in Containers Movements and MNR
· Should have good contacts and knowledge in Customs, EDI, Port and Immigration rules.
· Good command in English to liaise, coordinate and report with Principals
· Computer literate in MS office
· Ability to work under pressure and attend ship during odd hours
· Ability to ride motor-bike and drive a car
· Minimum 5 years experience working with Container Liners
