PT. Daikinaircon, who is the sole distributor of Daikin air conditioners since 1970 with over 100 dealers throughout Indonesia, has recently been appointed as the sole distributor of BOSCH Home Appliances for Indonesia.

We are currently having immediate requirement and seeking highly motivated individuals to fill in the following positions:

Showroom Supervisor / Staff (Position Code: SS)
Requirements:

* Female/Male; age max. 30 years old
* Min. D3 graduate.
* 1-2 years experience managing a store or showroom for kitchen appliances, electronics, interior design, boutique/apparel, hospitality or automobile.
* Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills.
* Possess adequate competency in doing administrative work.
* Good computer skills (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
* Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the showroom operations, customer service, handling inquiries and product knowledge.
* Coordinate, and review activities in showroom sales, service accounting and recordkeeping.
* Manage and resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
* Team involvement in the development of marketing and promotional plan: advertising and promotional activities such as: demos, event, co-branding and cross-selling.
* Supporting and administrative role in sales & marketing, inventory and logistics matter.
