Requirements:

* University graduate with minimum 5 years relevant experience
* Posses public speaking ability, fluency in English both oral and written
* Knowledge of PC applications/advance in MS Office (excel, power point, word)
* Certified in "Seven Habits" is a must
* Having experience in facilitating, especially facilitating senior management position
* Strong analytical ability, creative, initiative and open minded, multi tasking with minimum supervision
* Having strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skill
* Having ability in preparing employee budgeting is an advantage
