The candidate must:

* Min Diploma / Academy
* Must have a sound ability to liaise with customers inquiries (samples, product data sheet, Material Safety Data Sheet, technical report etc)
* Must have ability in understanding customer requirements and addressing complaints
* Must be able to collect related industrial business updates
* Should be able liaise with customer’s related officers to listen and understand customer business
* Must have a strong hands-on of excel, words, power point, Microsoft outlook
* Should have sufficient proficiency in spoken and written English
* With technical background (Physics, Chemistry, applied science, Maths) will be an advantage
