* Male, Age max 37 years old
* Have at least 6 years of RF working experience with 4 years of GSM/UMTS experience;
* Have at least 2 years of traffic statistics analysis experience of GSM/UMTS network;
* Familiar with Huawei RF parameter meaning and setting
* Excellent in communication in English
