We are multinational in telecommunication service industry with headquartered in Paris. Due to our rapid business growth, we are now looking an energetic and hard working person to strengthen our Team with qualifications described as follows:

Recruitment Officer
(Jakarta Based)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for day to day manage recruitment activities.
Knowledgeable with recruitment procedures, seek, interview, screen, select the applicants to fill existing vacancies.
* Specialist in interviewing and referring certain types of personnel, professional, technical, managerial and clerical.
* Ensure that all openings are filled by given dateline.
* Reporting to HRD Manager.


Requirement:

1. Female/Male, age max . 35 years old.
Degree in Psychology (S1) from reputable university
2. At least 1-2 years working experience in recruitment especially handling in psychology test.
3. Preferable have Psychologist certification.
4. Able to communicate in English (oral & written)
5. Computer literate especially in MS Office (Excel, Word).
6. Able to work in a team as well as able working with minimum supervision
7. Detail, well organized and trustworthy
8. Have good & matured character.
