Project Accountant – HPS
(Jakarta)

Main Responsibilities:

* Provide project accounting and contract administration support functions to the Honeywell Process Solution business in Indonesia.

Key Success Factors:

* Manage the project accounting system to administer the booking of the new jobs and review the revenue computed by the system.
* Prepare month end journals to recognize revenue, unbilled receivable/advance, and provision for warranty, inventory obsolescence and unbilled receivables.
* Review provision adequacy for Unbilled Receivables, Warranty and Inventory according to policy guideline.
* Perform reconciliation between project accounting system and Oracle TB for Revenue, GP, Unbilled Receivable, Advance and Warranty provision accounts.
* Generate invoices to customers according to the payment milestones and type of services provided to customers.
* Prepare month end statistic account for loading into Hyperion Reporting System.
* Prepare and reconcile month end report such as VAT and Withholding Tax report.

Job Requirements:

* Degree in Accounting.
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in MNC or relevant industry.
* Good working knowledge of project accounting principles and practices.
* Experience in Oracle, Hyperion and MS Excel is an advantage.
* Processes drive to excel, result oriented and meticulous.
* Good written and spoken in English.
