Responsibilities:
· Assists & developing operational methods, Visual aids, and work standards using various measurement techniques.
· Make operation descriptions and performs the necessary calculations to complete studies and change routine or other systems of labor and material controls.
· Confirm or recommend engineering changes implementation date to process, designing tooling and methods, layout area, and/or labor control, and/or material controls.
· Develop planning to build prototype, pilot and/or engineering samples
· Develop Process Flow Diagram and PFMEA, interfacing with others related department.
· Develop and analyze appropriate tools repair to support project
· Complies and support corporate health, safety & security policies and procedure at all time.
· Safety & security policies and procedure at all time.
Qualifications/Competencies :
· Engineering Degree majoring in Industrial /Mechanical engineering from reputable university.
· Experience in wiring harness manufacturing process (design or manufacturing).
· Smart, Good analytical skill, creative and fast learner
· Great attitude, discipline and open minded
· Good in communication (oral & written) both English & Bahasa Indonesia.
· Able to work under pressure.
· Good interpersonal skill
· Good in Computer (MS –Office etc.)
· Young (less than 29 years old) and energetic is preferred.
· Good understand of quality management system (ISO-TS 16949) and ISO 14000 requirements.
