FINANCE MANAGER
( Jakarta )

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for managing the general accounting function
* Provide leadership & direction in areas of Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Costing, Tax, Treasury and General ledger
* Maintain, monitor and provide Financial Reporting and Tax Reporting
* Monitor & maintain monthly expenses and budget realization: Monitor & maintain Activity of: System & Accounting Procedure, System & Accounting Program, Tax and provide variance analyses
* Internal controls and compliances: Ensure compliances of internal controls in finance department area
* Liaise with suppliers, consultants, distributors and external auditors
* Accounting process improvement

Requirements:

* Graduate or post graduate from Accounting or Business Administration
* At least 5 years relevant experience including 3 years experience managing a team
* Have experience working in Public Accountant Office
* Knowledge of key business financial & accounting principles
* Excellent Business Analysis & Reporting ability
* Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
* Possess strong communication skills in areas of facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills
* Possess the high-speed ability to understand business process
* Possess a strong leadership and independence to improve team effectiveness
* High ethics and integrity
* High achiever, team player, pleasant personality, good interpersonal skill
