Business Assurance Manager
( Jakarta )

Responsibilities:

* Subject Matter Expert for both retail accounting and control in Indonesia;
* Guardian of the overall Retail control framework;
* Manage cashflow and asset employed from retail perspective;
* Focal Point for Corporate Finance for cashflow and balance sheet matters;
* Manage Retailer & Dealer Billing Interface.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years working experience preferably with Multinational company;
* Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Economics - Accounting or Finance. Holding Master Degree would be an advantage;
* Strong communication skill and excellent English language proficiency;
* Experience in Retail industry is preferred;
* Strong controlling and accounting working experience;

Retail Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

* Manage and implement the Retail business by planning and implementing effective advertising, fuels and forecourt promotion activities and manage the Brand and Fuels portfolio of Shell Indonesia;
* Acts as local focal point for brand standards enquiries;
* Interfaces with local research and media agencies to implement consumer research or to facilitate media buying; Select and manage production agencies to deliver cost effective printing and signage solutions;
* Initiates consumer research based on brief and budget being approved by Marketing Research & Retail Customer Value Proposition Managers;
* Ensures translation of communications to fit local markets;
* Plays an active role in ensuring all local site-level marketing materials and image standards are in line with global and retail standards;
* Manage approved local Marketing budget and expenses;
* Supports Payment & Loyalty, Convenience Retailing, Lubricants and Sales & Operations in communications and Customer Value Proposition-related activities.

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university;
* Minimum 5-7 years working experience (with some exposure in multinational retail company);
* Minimum 3-5 years managing agencies and events/ consumer activities;
* Have a high standard of reading and writing for key languages such as English and Bahasa Indonesia;
* Be methodical and converge on operational details (must have a strong eye for detail);
* Good financial management skills (budgeting and planning);
* Strong team member of sales support and cross functional teams with excellent communications skills;
* Must possess good project management skills, able to handle multiple projects at the same time.

Regional Sales Manager Jakarta
( Jakarta )

Responsibilities:

* Plan distributor and trade outlet calls and visits to provide the appropriate level of service to existing and new customers with a focus on retaining/expanding existing business relationships;
* Exceed team and individual Key Sales Targets set by the Sales Manager;
* Develop new channel activities with existing and prospective distributors; Understand the activity, business and needs of distributors, provide sound information and advice on products and services, and to sell and negotiate win-win solutions with distributors and trade outlets;
* Plan, monitor and achieve individual and team sales targets (e.g. revenue, margin, growth, and trade debtor target);
* Review & plan distributors business, products, service packages, contracts, prices, credit terms, credit limits and debt;
* Carry out negotiations with distributors and trade outlets, preparing quotations and proposals and agree on all operational requirements (including: price, contract, payment terms and services);
* Work with other Shell teams and third parties (e.g. Key Account Managers, Office Based Account Manager, Sales Manager, Distributors, etc.) where necessary to provide an efficient and cost effective service to distributors and trade outlets.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree from a reputable University;
* At least 3 years' experience in sales, from the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry preferred;
* Demonstrates strong time management skills, enabling flexibility to response to urgent customer needs;
* Honest, results-oriented and willing to continuously improve on skills;
* Demonstrates good team work;
* Good working knowledge of the distributor’s operation and financials and awareness of specialist sources of information;
* Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool;
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office software desirable;

Engineering and Construction Project Manager
( Jakarta )

Responsibilities:

The project manager will be overall responsible for the establishing the project scope, appointing qualified and experienced consultants and contractors, managing the construction phase to ensure the project is executed safely, within schedule and within budget. The project shall be executed in accordance to the processes specified in the Distribution Project Execution Guideline.

Requirements:

* Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in project engineering or management
* Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time;
* Strong ability of manage contractors;
* Good knowledge of the inter-disciplinary engineering fundamentals as applied to Terminals and Depots;
* Excellent communication skills and ability to draw upon region and global experience and knowledge;
* Willing to be based in Kalimantan area during the project;
* Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.


Industrial Lubricants Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

* Apply market segmentation to local market place;
* Implement Global Customer Value Proposition(s) for specific local market place;
* Create integrated implementation plan for own market/geography to optimise opportunity and resources;
* Manage interfaces and service levels (marketing and sales force/Customer Service Team/ suppliers/channels);
* Foster the confidence and motivation of the sales force in selling the products, by ensuring clarity of product understanding and full awareness of Customer Value Proposition proposition as well as deploying specific competence/training programs;
* Apply agreed price positioning in local market context and monitor response;
* Take responsibility for marketing operation activities such as equipment monitoring, warranty execution9. Monitoring the market sector including competition, in the territory and feeds back local intelligence to Sector specialists.

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university;
* Experienced in conducting sales activity at the front line specifically in the Business to Business industry;
* Experienced in Business to Business marketing activity;
* Knowledge on pricing strategy will be a differentiation;
* Experienced in channel management, operational marketing, market analysis and Customer Value Proposition implementation are essential;
* Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.
