Head of HR Personnel Adm. Unit

Job Description:

* Responsible for employee working contract, mutation, promotion and trainee;
* To analyze, drafting and reviewing about all Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in HR Personnel Adm. field;
* Responsible for employee data administration;
* Responsible for turn-over analyzing;
* Monthly report about head-count and employee data to HR Personnel Adm. Department Head;
* Weekly report about turnover data to HR Personnel Adm. Department Head.

Key Qualification:

* Male or Female with maximum age 28 years old;
* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from School of Law;
* Having minimum 2 years working experiences in HR field;
* Familiar with Labor Law or others government regulation;
* Good English, both spoken and written;
* Advance in computer literature, such as: MS Office, Open Office, MS Vision and MS Project;
* Able to work under-pressure, within tight deadlines and also can work as a team or individually.
