Administrative Assistant (Training & Development) - (Code: ADM)

Job Location :

Karawang


Responsibilities :

* Administer training data, documents & library
* Provide high quality information service to training nominators and nominees by telephone, email and direct communication
* Prepare training aids and training materials
* Arrange for external training

Requirement :

* Male or female, 23-25 years
* Min. D3 or S1
* Experience 1-2 years
* Experience in Engineering / Automobile industry will be preferred
* Good computer skill proficient in Ms. Office (Excel & Power Point)
* Fluent in English, speaking and writing
* Team player with exceptional coordination skill
* Willing to work in Karawang (Factory)
