We are urgently seeking for an experience candidate to immediately fill the position of :


ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
( Jakarta )


General Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

Firm personality, organizational and administration skills, Independent, excellent English.

Having knowledge and experience in Indonesian Accounting, Tax, Import/Export and HR regulations and issues.

Female candidates only, having min. 5 years working experience.

Job Responsibilities:

* Reports to Commercial Manager in Jakarta and Account/Admin and HR Manager in Kuala Lumpur.
* Manage daily office secretarial and admin duties.
* Human Resources:

Maintain employee records and payroll preparation.

JAMSOSTEK.

Employee income taxes.

Employees leave records.

Medical claims and insurance.

Assist in recruitment process, when necessary.


* Accounting:

Prepare payment vouchers, cheques, invoices and monthly cash book.

Maintain petty cash and its monthly statement.

Obtaining proper payment approval.

Liase with bankers and creditors.

Assist in preparing monthly VAT and other statements to the tax authorities.
