1. Staff Cheque Book

Responsibility:

The jobholder is responsible to maintaining data and Cheque Book/Giro Book as well as PO printing.

Requirements:

* Hold a minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
* Must have close attention to detail
* Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
* Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
* Has a strong drive to succeed
* Fast Learner
* Demonstrate high degree of integrity


2. Finance Control Return Section Supervisor
(Job Code: FIN CTRL SUP-08)

Responsibility:

The Job holder is responsible to ensure the integrity of the Bank’s Balance sheet and P&L accounts, accounting system and procedures, to prepare quality daily/monthly liquidity reports on a timely basis, by assisting AM Control & Return in monitoring and investigating the daily HUB reports, coordinating balancing exercises, reviewing and monitoring the reconciliation of suspense and other general ledger accounts, as well as coordinating submissions of APH returns on a timely basis.


Requirements:

* Hold a minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university.
* Has minimum 1 year experience in accounting/finance
* Possess knowledge of HUB, HUB Query, TREATS and TM1 knowledge
* Has good communication skill
* Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
* Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
* Has a strong drive to succeed
* Demonstrate high degree of integrity


3. Supervisor Multiprocessing
(Job Code: SPV MLP SUP-08)

Responsibility:

The jobholder is responsible to process various types of payments as well as to process/perform various tasks in order to complement scheduling system in NSC.

Requirements:

* Hold a minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university
* Has minimum 3 years experience in back office operation would be an advantage
* Has ability to work under pressure
* Has strong leadership, good interpersonal skills & service orientation
* Able to develop team work within and intra department
* It is expected to obtain Line Manager’s endorsement
* Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
* Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
* Has a strong drive to succeed
* Demonstrate high degree of integrity
