We are seeking highly potential graduate in CHEMISTRY or CHEMICAL ENGINEERING to join Dow’s Commercial Development Program for 2008.

Recognised as one of the best in the industry, Dow’s CDP is a comprehensive 12-month program consisting of:

• Extensive training to develop technical knowledge/capabilities of markets and applications
• Hands on exposure to Customer Service activities
• Sales and marketing project assignments exploring growth opportunities for Dow
• Customer visits with an experienced Sales staff
• Networking with experienced Dow colleagues and building mentoring relationship

Upon successful completion of this 12-month program you will transition into an Account Manager role for one of Dow’s global businesses.

Commercial Development Program (CDP)

Requirements:

* Bachelor or Masters Degree in CHEMISTRY, CHEMICAL ENGINEERING
* GPA minimum 3.00
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Team player
* Demonstrates a high degree of initiative
* Strong analytical skills
* A passion for sales
* Good command of both oral and written English
