Call Center Officer

Job Description:

1. Give info & solution to customers & sales connected to CommCenter.
2. Give accurate, fast, & clear info to customers & sales force.
3. Write down every activity that happens to customers' policies through input history in query.
4. Help solve customers' or sales force's problems. Suggested that problem solved in first encounter.
5. Follow up the problems (to customers or sales force).
6. Do administrative work connected to CommCenter activity.
7. Ensure individual target achievements.

Requirements & Qualification:

1. Female, 22 – 28 years old
2. S1 from any educational background
3. Minimum 1 year experience as call center agent, in life insurance would be an advantage
4. Attractive & good looking
5. Patience & not emotional
6. Team player
7. Self confidence, extrovert
8. Good in English
