Billing, Payment & Collection Staff

Main responsibilities :

-Produce monthly billing/invoices
-Collection & payment reconciliation on timely basis
-Handling inquiry, complaint & update of customers bill

Requirements :

-Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university
-Effective spoken & written English
-Computer literacy
-Posses knowledge about Telco industry would be an advantage
-Posses knowledge about accounts receivable or collection would be an advantage
-Fast learner, team player, highly integrity & responsible
