Main Responsibilities:

* You will bet assists the Assistant Controller, ACS Southeast Asia in all his/her responsibilities. He/She will implement controls and processes to ensure a robust control environment in ACS Indonesia. The person will work closely with the respective businesses to drive an effective control environment. He/She will assists with the timely and accurate closure of all ACS Indonesia financial accounts monthly. There will be a need for the successful candidate to manage and work closely with outsourced vendors including GFS, GCTS and Treasury. The person will be responsible for ensuring that all accounts are 100% reconciled monthly. The Accountant will assists the Assistant Controller with implementing all necessary controls and process improvements as agreed with the various auditors. The person will also assists with ensuring that all sites under his/her charge will be in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements and ensuring statutory and tax compliance for the Indonesian site.

Key Success Factors:

1. Good accounting skills including working of Indonesian GAAP, knowledge of US GAAP would be a plus
2. Good communication skill
3. Able to work closely with all level of personals in Honeywell
4. Ensure to robust controls are in place and working effectively
5. Work closely with business to review and rectify broken process and procedures
6. Work and liaise closely with external and internal auditor
7. Assisting and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements
8. Able to work both independently and as a team member

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 3-4 years relevant working experience
3. Good problem solving
4. Fluent in written and spoken English
5. Good technical and analytical skills
6. Bias for action
7. Good presentation skills
8. Good conflict management skill
9. Familiar with Understand Sarbanes Oxley requirement
10. Familiar with Oracle 111 and HFM
11. Familiar with project accounting
