Talent Hire Program - General Manager
( overseas-India )

A European based MNC seeking a high caliber individuals to join their talent development program which is part of their global succession planning.

Responsibilities:

- Provides and creates vision, strategy and execution of plans for business. Delivers both the sales number and plan
- Plan and drive execution by managing/directing people in the functional areas of production, sales & marketing, finance, business development, HR, and supply chain operations.
- Full P&L responsibilities & manages cost
- Finds new growth opportunities
- Meets customers' needs and identify unmet needs
- Embodies and sustains company values of integrity and ethical behavior
- Hires, develops and retains top talents
- Builds strong teams and organization while addressing performance issues
- Increases productivity
- Improves asset utilization
- Ensures health and safety of environment and employees
- Works across the company and manages the matrix to meet the customers' and Corporation's expectations
- Traveling is required (30-50%)goals.


Requirements:

- University degree in Business Administration /Marketing or related disciplines; MBA preferred but not required
- At least 3 years as general management role, full P&L responsibilities either with well-known multinationals or fortune 500 companies.
- Experience in managing people at managerial level
- Experience of working in multinational organization
- Regional exposure is a plus.
- Exposure in manufacturing and plant operation is a plus
- Ability to assess the business opportunities presented, strengths, weaknesses, and the potential of groups, teams, and individuals.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Outstanding and proven analytical ability.
- Team facilitation skills.
- Strong project orientation skills
- Young & energetic
