1. ASSISTANT CONTROLLER (AC) - Surabaya

The incumbent of this position is responsible for developing and ensuring the efficient and effective running of the Company's finance function, internal control procedures and financial and management reporting to the Board of Directors. This will include :


a. Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly reports to HQ and BoD.
b. Prepare financial modeling for various projects.
c. Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting process.
d. Prepare monthly variance analysis at customer and product level.
e. Prepare cost analysis (variable and fixed).
f. Prepare cash flow forecasting
g. Prepare various company’s KPI and balance score card.
h. Other Ad-hoc duties as required.


JOB REQUIREMENTS :

1. Male/Female and not older than 30 years old.
2. A Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 3.00, preferably from Accounting or Finance background.
3. Minimum 5 years progressive experience preferably with manufacturing MNC’s.
4. Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self driven.
5. Able to provide business support and be a strong partner in operations.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
7. Posses strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.
8. Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.
9. Knowledge of ERP will be preferable
10. Experience with business intelligent tools will be an advantage.
11. Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan.



2. FINANCE STAFF (FIN) - Surabaya

The incumbent of this position is responsible for day to day management Accounts Receivable activities include recording all cash and deposit receipts, reconciling accounts, applying of cash payments/credits and investigating any discrepancies in payments. Following-up and collection on overdue accounts is a large element of responsibility.


JOB REQUIREMENTS :

1. Female and not older than 30 years old.
2. A Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 3.00, preferably from Accounting or Finance background.
3. Minimum 2 – 3 years progressive experience preferably in manufacturing MNC’s.
4. Broad-based knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and maintaining general ledgers.
5. Has in-depth knowledge of analyzing accounts receivable aging schedule, monitor its collection period, perform accounts receivable confirmation to customer as well as reconcile it to the general ledgers.
6. Demonstrate good communication and negotiation skills as well as self drive, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.
7. Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.
8. Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan.
