Required Qualifications and Skills:

*Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
*Having experience at least 1 - 2 years as Teller in banking industry
*Have good product knowledge and understanding on daily banking operation/service practices
*Demonstrate high service orientation, good judgment and problem solving skills
*Excellent communication and administration
*PC literate, high accuracy , risk focus and attention to detail
*Well groomed and attractive personality
*Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
*Willing to work or relocate in all branches


2. SALES SUPPORT OFFICER (SSO – Temporary Staff)

Is looking for young, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated person to fill the following position for its expanding banking operation

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible to provide assistance to PB, RM & DBM by :
- Assist PB & RM in preparing administration work
- Take massage from customer (by phone and/or direct) on behalf of PB/RM
- Produce simple MIS sales number for PB/RM in regular basis based on DBM or BM’s
instruction
· Participate in promoting risk and control awareness and compliance requirement including indemnity through out the branch
· Support Deputy Branch Manager or Branch Manager for service quality assurance include handling complaint and investigation

Required Qualifications and Skills:

*Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
*Having experience at least 1 (one) year in the similar area
*(Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
*Have good product knowledge and understanding on daily banking operation/service practices
*Demonstrate high service orientation, risk focus and attention to detail
*PC literate, excellent communication & administration skills
*Well groomed and attractive personality
*Preferred domicile in tangerang area
