SENIOR FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER
(Code: FA Mgr – DB)

The requirements for the position are:

1. Graduated from good reputable university, majoring in accounting.
2. Able to speak and write in English.
3. Experience in the similar position for 5 years.
4. Experience in the accounting firm will be an advantage.

The person will be responsible for all the activities, process and control in the finance and accounting department, including:

* Continuing support and service to the other departments in compliance with the finance procedures (authority limits, spending level, etc.).
* Review and maintain the DAC calculation spreadsheet to ensure the accuracy and monitor the DAC write off as necessary.
* Work collaboratively with the related departments in preparing the budget reports for 5 year planning, updating & adjusting the budget/plan/forecast, and budget control.
* Continuing control on the implementation and compliance with the procurement procedure and on the procurement quality objectives for ISO achievement and maintenance.
* Implementation of Fixed Asset Register and budget control in the system.
* Set up and review financial, accounting, budgeting and procurement procedures.
* Seeking continuous improvement in the area of finance, accounting, budgeting and procurement service and procedures.
* Provide report (MIS, BAPEPAM, Tax Calculation, ISO Certification, and other various reports).
