TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
( Surabaya based )

Requirements :

* Male/Female, 35-45 years of age
* Min. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university
* Min. 7 years experiences as Technical Senior Manager / General Manager in developer / property business
* Possessed the ability to develop a comprehensive business plan
* Able and experience in developing housing project or apartement ( starting from land acquisitions, developing master plan, legal and technical aspects )
* Strong Leadership with good interpersonal skills
