A joint venture American insurance company, Southeast Asia's largest life insurer and A wholly owned subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (AIG) the leading U.S. based international insurance organization with the largest underwriter of commercial and industrial insurance in the United States, is looking for the right candidate for the following positions:

Corporate Planning Staff

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Strategic Planning - Coordinate the process to annually formulate and quarterly review strategy QFD
* Scorecard - Design and maintain Company level Performance dashboard
*Organization Alignment - Ensure the cross departmental alignment of QFD strategy
* Planning / Budgeting - Ensure the linkage of budgeting deliverables to strategy items
* HR Alignment - Support HR department to ensure alignment of individual staff performance management with strategy items
* Awareness - A comprehensive communication and education process focused on strategy
* Reviews - Work with senior management to shape the agenda and monitor for strategic review and learning
* Initiatives - Identify and oversee management of strategic initiatives

Specifications:

* University graduate plus 4-5 years experience (preferably with Master degree in business / management)
* Good public speaking and communication skills
* Able to manage a project independently
* Tactful interpersonal relationship
* Strong leadership ability
* Good command of English (plus other language will be an advantage)
* Superior business computer skill (Excel, PowerPoint and Business Case document write-up)

Supervision Received:
Reporting to the Corporate Planning Manager, works under general supervision; finished work is reviewed for attainment of objectives and adherence to guidelines and procedures.


Candidates with experience in sales, banking, investment or other financial institution background are preferable.
