Associate Research Manager / Research Manager


Major Responsibilities:

* Leading small team of junior researchers and servicing the market research requirements for 2-5 clients and independently managing their research projects
* Is a sub-unit head, reporting to a Research Director (a business unit head) and sharing in the business unit responsibilities of revenue, client relationship management, new client development, cost control and operating profit goals.


Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Science, Business Management, Sociology, Psychology, or Economics. Masters degree in these disciplines or an MBA – would be a distinct advantage.
* 4 to 6 years experience in a reputed market research firm. Currently handling projects for a few clients independently. Must be experienced in managing multi center research studies and exposed to a wide variety of projects/techniques/marketing issues.
* Sound analytical thinking, customer-driven orientation and high achievement motivation
* Able to demonstrate an effective team leadership and is able to coach on the job.
* Excellent verbal & written communication skill in English.
