Logistic Controller- LC


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES :

To order materials and to make sure the ordered materials (local/import) are accurately and timely delivered in accordance with NRO plan/contract and at the budgeted project costs.
Capable of performing Logistics Controller’s tasks/duties/jobs with a minimum supervision/support and be able to assist Senior Logistics Controller/Logistics Manager in providing advisory services on Supply/end to end Logistics issues to internal customers.

To order materials to Ericsson Suppliers, Non-Ericsson Suppliers, and to Local Suppliers based on contractual requirement, for both imported and local materials.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

* Graduate (S1) in Business Administration/ Industrial/Electronics/Civil/Mechanical Engineering/IT with a minimum of GPA 3.00 (scale of 4).
* Minimum of 2(two) years experience in materials ordering, or procurement, or warehousing, or export-import, or engineering, or project management
* Knowledge about telecommunication system and Supply Chain Management is a must.
* Have good knowledge of Ordering Tools and Electronic/Telecommunication materials.
* Good knowledge of Shipment, Export and Import Procedure, and Customs Formalities.
* Good knowledge and ability in Negotiation Skills.
* Computer literate, Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Self-motivated, well organized, have good interpersonal and communication skill, have good working attitude, have the ability to work independently and co-operate with others.
* Have the ability to take an overall view, analyse situations, identify problems and develop solutions.
