Our Client, a multinational coal mining company is seeking for people to join their project in South Kalimantan. The requirements are as follow:


SENIOR GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER


Responsibility:

* Budgeting, planning and implementation open pit slope monitoring.
* Analyze and recommend a proper action related to failure / stability risk management
* Liaise with mine planning, blasting engineer and geologist for pit optimization due maximum coal extraction purposes


Skill and Knowledge:


* Mastering slope with geotechnical software is a must.
* Understanding Galena software will be an advantage.]
* Rock property analysis based on software and laboratory result.
* Understanding Hoek-brown criterion will be an advantage.


Essential Character:

* Creative, Hard Work and able to work under pressure
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision


And you should have fluently speaking / writing in English and has minimum 4 years involvement intensely in open pit slope monitoring and management. This project will be based in Kalimantan.
