1. AVP Collection - Consumer Banking


Responsibility:

* To achieve area delinquency targets by taking appropriate action
* Provide a sense of direction to the entire debt agencies and tele-calling team
* Ensuring that debt management officers productivity is at its peak levels
* Adequate manpower is available to action all accounts and that all procedures are strictly adhered to.


Requirements:


* Posses Bachelor degree from reputable university
* Have a minimum of 5 - 8 years experience in collection division especially in doing strategic planning on consumer lending is an advantage
* Must have a minimum of 5 - 8 years experience in managing people
* Must have a good command of both spoken and written English
* Must have commercial acumen, personal credibility, a marketing orientation and drive to succeed
* Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity


2. CFO


Position Summary

· To ensure all finance activities of the business (Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Controllership, Tax, Sourcing & E-Finance) running properly, prudently, and effectively.
· To provide strong support to the business in its growth strategy, business directions and priorities, business development and initiatives.
· To manage Country’s financial matters to be in line with overall GE Global/Regional Policy and Strategy.
· To ensure the business in achieving its financial targets: growth, volume, NEA, Loss, Operating Expense, and bottom line Net Income and Return On Equity.
· To ensure compliance of all financial related matters, both External/Regulatory and Internal.
· To manage external relationships with Regulators, Banking, Audit and overall Financial community.
· To overall establish a good Finance Team and effective financial management.


Key Responsibilities

· Ensure continuity and effectiveness of all functions (liquidity, cash management, delivery of financial analysis & reporting, staffing, etc).
· Ensure financial target achievements (volume, growth, NEA, Opex, NI, ROE) and provide strong support to the business (business developments & initiatives, financial analysis, process management, etc.
· Meet all various GE’s Global & Regional requirements and Business Regulatory requirements.
· External focus (banking relationships, financial community, external audit, regulators, etc).


Unique Knowledge & Skills

· Overall financial skills, knowledge and expertise.
· Experience and maturity for wider and structured, financial and business thinking and analysis.
· Seniority in driving various strategic and tactical management processes.
· Technical knowledge in Treasury, Financial Analysis, Accounting & Tax.


Problem Solving & Decision Making

· Liquidity and cash management (bank borrowings and repayments, pricing, etc)
· Investments/Capex, Opex, Pricing, Marketing Programs, etc.
· Tax, accounting matters and all financial analysis.
· Financial analysis in supporting Business Development, New Product Initiatives, CRP/Risk, etc.
· Strategic business directions and initiatives.
· Investments or Capex above authorized approval limits.


3. VP Strategy & Channel Development


Responsible to drive channel strategy, including physical/ electronic/ direct channel and be a key contributor to shape the vision for the channel propositions, working closely with Relationship Managers, Marketing, Compliance and other business units and partners

Qualifications:


* Minimum 7 - 10 years related experience, preferably in consultancy business/ banking


* Strong background in proposing and presenting consolidated as well as detailed strategy based on research and supporting information


4. Product Head – SME


Purpose of the Job

To manage a team of Product Managers providing direction to and leadership of the team on a broad range of issues, involving the development of, and management of the product suite. To act as a Project Sponsor on numerous developments of SME products.


To provide strategic direction to the development and management of SME’s product suite, ensuring that the bank range of product and solution appeal to current and prospective customers and to ensure that the bank achieve and maintains the standing of the best foreign in Indonesia by way of SME product and services.



Principal Accountabilities

1. Directs and manages ongoing product strategy within SME
2. Directs and manages a team of Product Managers, to meet strategic goals
3. In particular, leads and sponsors (as necessary) the development of new product solutions
4. Enhancing internal and external stakeholder relationships with a view to building the profile of the SME business
5. To be actively involved in the acquisition of customers where product sales / implementation are complex
6. Ensuring that the Indonesian SME product strategy is not only successfully conceived, but also executed in line with timelines, costing and commercialization success.
7. Directing and leading a team of product professionals to meet the requirements of the product strategy, ensuring that projects/product developments are adequately prioritized and that the responsible Product Managers are performing according to requirements.
8. Ensuring that the product team works closely with the sales team and client services team to maximize the commercialization of the product solutions.



Qualification

* University degree
* Over 5 years working experience in product development
* Mature and have a strong leadership skill.
