SECRETARY TO DIRECTOR


QUALIFICATIONS:

* Female, max 30 years old,
* Min D3 with good grade
* Have at least 1-2 years experience working for executives
* Proactive, self-motivated and independent with positive attitude
* Possess a high integrity and strong capability to deal with confidential information
* Excellent organizational ability to prioritize tasks and ensure most urgent are performed first
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Flexible to work longer hours when required
* Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
* Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
* Ability to demonstrate effective communication, self-confidence and good presentation skill would be desirable
