Job Summary/ Main Responsibility


* Responsible for PMO function, project risk management and organization performance enhancement.
* Provide technical assistance, capacity building and resources development in design, monitoring and evaluation of all PMO projects, emphasizing in reporting mechanism.

Experience/ Qualification

* Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
* Background with 5 years’ process change experience.
* Strong experience in project management (design) and proposal/ Business case writing
* Previous insurance or financial service industry experience an advantage

Knowledge/ Skills

* Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical abilities.
* Proficient in project management software as well as word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, statistical analysis and process mapping software, and willingness to learn new applications required for the job is a plus. If possible, familiar with PMBOK from PMI.
* Change Management experience with a focus on consulting for process improvement.
* IT background is a must.
* Sound knowledge in Insurance and Banking/ Financial institutions industry
* Able to give direction and a decisive. Leader
* Senior Executive level

2. PMO Project Manager

Job Summary/ Main Responsibility


* Successful project execution and deliverables.
* As a change agent and day-to-day direction to project team while learning to use specific Six Sigma tools and techniques.
* Providing PMO Head with regular reports on progress, bringing to their attention any obstacles or issues arising, which have impact or potential for impact, upon deliverables.

Experience/ Qualification

* Six Sigma Black Belt certification..
* Poses Managerial position at least 3 years
* Working knowledge of the Insurance industry helpful, but not essential

Knowledge/ Skills

* Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical abilities
* Change Management experience
* PM Professional Certifications.
* IT – MIS knowledge is a plus
* Sound knowledge in Insurance and Banking/ Financial institutions industry.
