Corporate Secretary


General Description:

The Corporate Secretary would serve as the extended office of the President Director. The position liaise with all the Managers and staff to make sure company procedures are implemented and workflow process run smoothly by following up requests of the President Director. She / He have to make sure all requests are executed during the absence of the President Director.


The Corporate Secretary would serve as the Executive Secretary of the President Director to assist on the day to day general functions of the President Director’s desk. Writing correspondences, contracts, and maintain close & confidential relationship with various overseas partners of the company.


Qualifications:

*Female, 26 – 30 years of age, excellent spoken and written English, as well as excellent computer skills.

*Bachelor or Diploma in Secretarial / Law / Business with minimum 3 (three) years of hands-on experience at the same position.

*Experienced in taking care of secretarial and administrative tasks starting from. incoming/outgoing communications, document preparation, schedule arrangements, filing, up to related office administration.

*A customer-oriented person who has capability in handling any level of positions, energetic, dynamic, creative, and get used to work within fast pace working environment under tight deadlines and with demanding persons.

*Suitable profile: presentable, mature, independent and reliable.

*Able to perform under pressure and committed to meet datelines.

*Experience in Mobile VAS Industry is an advantage.
