Agency Trainer (AT)


Requirement :

* Min. 2 Years experiences in training sales people (from Life Insurance company is an advantage)
* To be placed in: Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Solo, Surabaya, Batam, Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Padang, Makassar, Manado, Balikpapan, and Denpasar (depends on your home based)
* Responsibility to deliver training for sales people, to modify training material and monitoring the market trends for training purposes.


General Requirement :

* Bachelor degree from any discipline
* Male/Female max 35 years old
* Good personality, presentation & communication skills, and posses self confidence
* Willing to travel.
* Familiar to use Microsoft Office and conversant with English
