Finance & Administration Officer (Code: ID.FAO)


Requirements :

* Possess Degree in Accounting/ Administration
* 2 to 3 years of working experience in similar capacity preferably in multinationals or major corporations or accounting firms
* Able to handle full set of accounts, HR and related TAX administrative matters
* Able to work independently with less supervision, meticulous with self discipline
* Resourceful in handling daily administrative issues
* Good communication in English, both oral and written. Conversant in Mandarin is highly preferred


Responsibilities :

* Maintaining complete record of company commercial transactions and daily operational activities
* Periodic reporting of financial activities, HR and related TAX administration
* Manage routine office operational tasks, bill payments, bank reconciliations and related issues, etc
* Manage data entry process on accounting system for local office
* Ensure company staffs administration requirements are properly and timely manage at all times
