now we looking for Production Head for its Factory located in Semarang.

PRODUCTION HEAD

Job Scopes

* Oversee and direct line manufacturing in the plant in order to achieve production target, overall equipment efficiency, and product quality standards.
* Upkeep a high standard of health and safety working environment.
* Participate actively in continuous improvement program.
* Monitor production output, cycle times, routings, and quality indicators.
* Work closely with other departmental head, such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and PPIC to resolve difficult or continuing problems.
* Monitor waste and downtimes, propose and take corrective action necessarily.

Job Qualifications

* S-1 Degree in Engineering or comparable experience in the plant manufacturing.
* Possess 5 years working experience managing production/manufacturing at consumer goods industry.
* Excellent communication in English.
